The importance of habitat

The Environmental Crimes Law or Law of Life of nº 9,605 of February 12, 1998, defines a crime and may carry the penalty of detention “killing, chasing, hunting, capturing, using wild fauna species, natives or on a migratory route, without the proper permission, license or authorization of the competent authority, or in disagreement with the obtained”.
